The fourth annual SES Women of the Year Awards will take place at the Pera Museum on Tuesday, January 21. The awards celebrate pioneers who inspire with their feminist stance, advocacy, and contributions to equality and solidarity.

The fourth annual SES Women of the Year Awards has selected its winners from 32 nominees through a public voting process that engaged nearly 3,500 participants. Thirteen individuals and groups have been chosen to receive the awards at an evening ceremony taking place at the Pera Museum on Tuesday, January 21.
The SES Equality and Justice Women’s Platform carefully curated this year’s nominees by documenting the stories of 32 remarkable women and groups who made significant contributions through their advocacy work in 2024. The nominees represent a diverse range of fields, including women’s rights movements, LGBTQ advocacy, climate and environmental initiatives, labor rights activism, sports, and the arts. The nomination comprised 26 candidates from Turkey and 6 international nominees.
Following a public voting period that garnered nearly 3,500 responses, thirteen winners were selected from this distinguished group of nominees. Each candidate brought their own valuable story and impact to the selection process.
The awards ceremony will be held at the Pera Museum on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, where the winners will be formally recognized for their achievements. The SES Platform extends its gratitude to everyone who participated in the voting process and helped identify this year’s outstanding honorees.
